**Currently, I am in-network with Aetna and am in the process of accepting major NJ insurances (Cigna, Horizon BCBS, Amerihealth, Medicaid). Otherwise, I am an out-of network provider and my services will be provided out of pocket. Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
